DMT is a drug that is incredibly powerful, but at the same time incredibly dangerous. Read on to find out why it’s probably not a good thing to use or experiment with and how other substances compare (including opioid-based drugs).

What is DMT?

DMT is a hallucinogenic drug that is popular in the psychedelic community. DMT is chemically related to LSD, and has been used by shamans in tribal cultures for thousands of years.
DMT can be dangerous if used improperly. It can cause vision distortion, intense anxiety, and evendeath. However, it can also be helpful in explorations of spiritual truth.

My Experience With DMT

I was excited to try DMT for the first time and I was not disappointed. I took 3 different doses and each time the experience was incredibly different. The first dose was very subtle, almost imperceptible. The second dose was much more intense and my mind felt like it was exploding. The third dose was simply incredible, it surpassed anything that I have ever experienced before. However, I would not recommend taking DMT if you are not prepared for the potentially dangerous consequences.

This classification has resulted in decreased availability of DMT worldwide and made it difficult for researchers to study its effects. In countries where DMT is still legal, such as Mexico, its sale and use is heavily regulated.

Despite its Schedule I status, some scientists argue that DMT does have medical uses. For example, research suggests that DMT can help treat conditions such as anxiety and depression. Additionally, some people believe that DMT could be used to treat conditions like PTSD and traumatic brain injury. However, because DMT is still widely illegal worldwide, these studies are often undertaken in
